Service period, exchange, refund, cancellation, and receipt policies in one place.

Service Period

All products we provide are digital content delivered immediately upon payment. There is no separate shipping process.

Subscription (Free / Go / Pro / Max)
Available immediately on payment (Free: on signup) until the end of the billing period or cancellation.
Fixed-period pass (1 week / 1 month)
Available immediately on payment — the 1-week pass includes 10 fittings for 7 days, and the 1-month pass includes 40 fittings for 30 days.
Digital content (virtual try-on result images)
Generated in real time and available immediately after completion. Saved or downloaded results can be retained by the user.

Exchange Policy

Our products are digital content, including subscriptions, passes, and virtual try-on result images, so exchanges are generally unavailable by nature.

However, we provide reasonable alternative remedies in the following cases:

  1. One free re-generation with the same input when a clear AI result quality issue is confirmed
  2. Review of unused-portion refund when repeated quality issues are confirmed on the same payment
  3. Unused-portion refund within 7 days when requested immediately after a pass purchase

Refund Policy

Under Article 17 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may withdraw within 7 days of payment. However, refund is restricted once digital content delivery begins or fittings are used.

Subscription
Subscriptions deliver digital content immediately on payment. If the Service was unavailable due to our fault, we review refunds for the affected period.
Fixed-period pass
Refundable within 7 days of payment for the unused portion only. Used fittings are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription auto-renewal cancellation
You can cancel auto-renewal in Settings or through the payment processor management page. Cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period.
One-time payment (pass) cancellation
Within 7 days of payment, refund requests are available for the unused portion only and processed through the payment processor.

Cash Receipts / Sales Slips

Cash receipts or card sales slips are issued through the payment processor after payment. If separate issuance is required, contact neu5563@naver.com.

Cash-equivalent payments follow applicable cash receipt issuance rules.
