Within 7 days of payment, if you have not used the digital content, you may withdraw under Article 17 of the Korean E-Commerce Act.
Once AI virtual try-on results have been generated and used, refund for the consumed portion is restricted.
If the Service was unavailable due to our fault, we refund pro-rata for the affected period.
